Schedule appointment with us 1-3 weeks before your date of surgery.

Please bring all required paperwork with you.
Preoperative clearance physicals must be scheduled well ahead of your procedure - but often must not be scheduled too far before. Please make sure that you get specific instructions from the surgeon's office and bring all required paperwork with you for your physical.
Sometimes, preoperative clearance from specialists may also be necessary. Again, please leave plenty of time for appropriate scheduling, testing, and for necessary lab/imaging/testing to be returned for evaluation.
